Technical Project Manager / Blockchain H/F

Because there is not a single answer for every need, we are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to join us. Ultimately, you should be able to adapt easily to meet the needs of our fast growth and the rapidly evolving blockchain ecosystem.

Our development team is tackling some of the most interesting applications in the blockchain space while rapidly and securely scaling an asset blockchain platform that touches several industrial domains. We want you to join us!

This role is responsible for working across a diverse global portfolio of innovation projects with a primary focus on digital, Blockchain and evolving Innovation technology.

We are looking for someone who has experience in, and understands the issues with, delivering state of the market internet-scale systems across multiple work streams. Experience working in FinTech, Energy, Transport or any technology related industry is a plus.

• Proactively identify relevant innovation opportunities and initiatives;
• Liaise with domain experts across the organization to assess and evaluate opportunities;
• Provide leadership in digital, Blockchain or evolving innovation technology adoption;
• Scope, plan, iterate and drive the execution of innovation blockchain projects;
• Track and communicate progress across a range of projects;
• Identify technical requirements for future anticipated R&D and technology innovation projects, defining both technical project plans and necessary software resource requirements;
• Assess pre-defined requirement specifications for use cases relevant to such R&D projects, develop required module/solutions specifications, and deliver solutions, typically in conjunction with other R&D and software development personnel;
• Develop new idea concepts, assess idea concepts developed by other teams, estimate technical solutions and resources necessary to determine concept viability;
• Develop technical project plans for best ideas that are stable and validated, and initial prototypes, where relevant/necessary. By extension, increasing robustness of technical content of R&D and commercial project plans;
• Fulfill reporting requirements relevant to project deliverables, and present technical findings to other partners, project sponsors, and enterprise management.

• Proven ability to manage software development teams project, either in a R&D or web environment or a commercial product development context;
• A commercial and entrepreneurial awareness around technology development, ability to understand trends and market/customer requirements and convert such needs into solutions;
• A proven ability to learn about features, solution and technologies in blockchain technologies quickly;
• Good communication and team-working skills, with ability to work as part of a virtual team;
• Experience with development methodologies like Agile (scrum and Kanban )

• Existing experience in driven blockchain solutions, distributed solutions.

• Experience of writing scientific/technical publications.
